As I approach Houston for my first official "Family Research"  (considering I've been to Texas numerous times before) I'm feeling a sense of lost, sadness and joy all combined. As I approach location with an overwhelming feeling of uncertainty there lies within me a darkness that reflects this unknown desire that I have for tracing and uncovering my roots.
